Numerology
2025 Year 2+0+2+5 = 9
9s represent completion, although not final endings —think more like the fulfillment of one cycle so that you can prepare to initiate the next one.
Just think – it takes 9 months for a human to create new life – What have you gestated over the last 9 months that is now ready to come to life?
9 is a mystical number –the number of enlightened ones (not the religious dogma kind) but the mystic and the master.
You might have heard about the three fold law where karma returns 3x to the wrongdoer. Do you believe in the magic of math?
In sacred geometry, the number 9 is associated with the flower of life, a geometric pattern consisting of overlapping circles forming a symmetrical design. This symbol is believed to embody the fundamental patterns of creation and the interconnectedness of all living beings.
In Christianity - It is believed that Jesus Christ died in the ninth hour, signifying the ultimate sacrifice for the salvation of humanity. And there are nine fruits of the Holy Spirit mentioned in the Bible (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control), emphasizing the divine qualities and virtues associated with this number.
If 9 is your life path number – you are said to be patient, generous, understanding, and creative. You are drawn toward careers based in service (like medicine, teaching, government, or justice) or the arts (like music, art, writing, or acting). You’re aligned with good causes and charitable efforts, and you can often be found fighting for the rights of others. You feel good when you do good! Serving your family, community, and the wider world is the ultimate destiny pathway for number 9 people. So if those people are thriving in a 9 year - then that’s what we will value, experience more of and support in 2025!
There is a huge philosophical tone to 2025 – asking deep and seemingly cryptic or unanswerable questions will help take us and our kind further. I want to read the great philosophical works but I think we will also see the rise of some great new philosophers (more on my predictions later…)
9 asks - How can you align your purpose with a greater universal need or truth?
As a Business Mentor I often ask my clients ‘why does your ideal customer need what you have to offer?’
2025 will have us all examining what we truly need, rather than what we want. In a world where resources are precious and money is getting tighter - late stage capitalism will mean we are no longer on a materialism mission - watch for the rise of mutual aid, minimalism, under consumption and recycling ‘trends’.
Past 9 Years:
Looking at the past as a way to understand the present and predict the future is a Tarot readers A,B,C. So here let’s explore 9 years gone by to spot the trends they hold.

In what ways do you think the themes of profound Revolution and Evolution will translate into 2025?
Predictions
2025 will go down in history (along with 2026) as years that saw significant changes on our world. Here are my thoughts:
The collective will be magnetised toward spirituality and seeking a higher consciousness so they can make sense of this chaotic world. As existing structures have run their course people will be looking for alternative ways to structure and organise their lives. Those with any sense will build local communities to strengthen people power and reduce reliance on distant governments. I predict more ‘governments’ will collapse in 2025 than ever before and communism/ socialism will take a central role along with a move towards globalism.
People will begin to place a higher importance to those with a spiritual outlook on life. The potential new ‘celebrities’ are those who take us into a brighter new world. Anyone with questionable morals or intentions will no longer be pedestalled by conscious people. I predict a Female spiritual leader rising to greatness and will dominate the headlines - someone forging ahead with less emphasis on individuality and dualism and a greater focus on community, cohesion and unity.
2025 will be a year for breakthroughs or discoveries in ‘technology’ or medicine for example that transform humanity for the better – it could be discovered by unexpected means like something from a sci-fi movie – I’m thinking something from the melting ice, deep in the ocean or even extra-terrestrial in nature.
The global Financial order as we know it will also begin to cease – I predict the price of the dollar will be insignificant by 2026.
Territory and land borders will shift – I predict a win in terms of ‘land back to indigenous communities’ and reparations. When I tune into this I see an island.
Astrology
In astrology, the number 9 is associated with Mars, the planet of ambition, passion, and aggression. Mars rules over Aries the first zodiac sign – the beginning. Favour falls on the underdog in any situation, so again, it can be a good energy for humanitarian causes and benefit people who are disadvantaged or marginalised.
Mars gives these placements their ~edge~, instilling in them a fiery passion and ambition that, when directed toward altruistic and good causes, is powerful. However, that Mars influence can get us into trouble when it’s not channeled positively. Mars makes you keen to protect others and fight for what’s right.
The 9th house in astrology is all about the mystic the guru the master the coach the spiritual leader – to light the way for others – passing on knowledge.
I recommend leaning into teaching and passing on your skills in knowledge during 2025.
The Tarot – 9. The Hermit and 18. The Moon
The ninth card of the tarot’s Major Arcana is the Hermit. In astrology, the Hermit is linked to Virgo.
The Hermit is a card about enlightenment, inner wisdom, and self-awareness. It suggests powerful inner insights that are brought about through reflection, meditation, and contemplation. It’s the total opposite vibe of the Mars-like connection. If you look at it a certain way, it serves as a useful prompt to temper the urge to act with a period of thought about why action is required. Within the hermits lamp is a star – this infers that hope, wisdom and healing will light our way.
I’ll be taking a pilgrimage, a retreat and incorporating more silence into my spiritual practice in 2025.
9 is also connected to The Moon card (1+8) – here feminine cycles, the mystical subconscious, illusion and the unseen are at play. Expect things that have been covered up coming to light sending shockwaves through our consciousness, underground movements and shadow work for the collective to deal with our collective subconscious, programming and darkness.

How to get the most out of the year?
Here are my top tips for navigating a collective 9 year:
Don’t consume. Create.
Get rid of anything that is superfluous. Release duplicates, clutter and even people that you are carrying. Leaving only that which is absolutely necessary. Simplify your life –declutter ( recycle – give to others) purify & detox your entire life. Purge all the shit you are carrying. Be cleansed and free from those things. Less noise, less screens, less shopping etc.
Honour others without expecting anything in return. Give everything you can and you will be rewarded SO favourably.
Make your spirituality a priority and walk the talk (in silence!).
Share your wisdom and be open to what you might also learn.
Take stock – journal more and take writing and storytelling seriously. Books will become more precious so ensure you have physical copies of ones that are important to you.
This is a great year to settle debts & clear karmic debt.
Ask yourself - What would you like to see end? On a personal and collective level. Then invest your time and resources towards that end.
